## 變壓器過熱原因有哪些？為什麼會燒壞？

變壓器在運行時，鐵損與銅損會轉換為熱能，如果產生的熱量無法有效發散或降溫，溫度便會持續上升，以下帶你了解幾個常見的變壓器過熱原因。

 

### 負載過重

當變壓器溫度長時間處於超載狀態，繞組產生的熱量超過散熱系統能帶走的能力，溫度就會持續上升。另一種情況是負載成長，但是設備容量沒有同步擴充，長期在接近滿載的狀態下運轉，同樣會導致變壓器過熱。

 

### 散熱系統問題

油浸式變壓器如果有油位偏低、散熱片積塵、閥門未全開、油泵或風扇故障等狀況，冷卻效率都會下降。而乾式變壓器則常因為風扇停轉、濾網與通風口堵塞，或是機房進排風配置不當而影響散熱。若負載沒有明顯增加，但相同條件下的運轉溫度卻異常偏高，就必須先檢查冷卻設備是否出問題。

 

### 內部零件故障

變壓器內部的分接開關接觸不良、引線接頭鬆動、鐵芯多點接地或繞組匝間短路，都會產生局部的異常高溫，這類型的問題從外觀不一定能直接看出異常，需要透過油中氣體分析或是紅外線熱像儀來進一步檢測與判斷。

變壓器如果是安裝在高溫、狹小或空氣不流通的位置，就算負載沒有超過限制，也可能因為進氣溫度過高而散熱不足。施工時遺留異物、乾式變壓器與牆面的距離不足，或進排風口形成短循環，也會造成變壓器溫度局部積熱。

變壓器溫度測量方式可以分為表面非接觸式的紅外線偵測、內部埋入式與停電電阻法三類，以下會介紹各自的適用情境與差異。

 

### 紅外線偵測

### 埋入式感測器

在變壓器內部安裝溫度感測器，像是繞組測溫電阻或光纖溫度計，可以直接測量繞組或頂層油的溫度，取得最準確的內部變壓器溫度數據，還能連續監測與設定警報，啟動保護系統聯動。但埋入式感測器需要在製造或檢修時就先安裝，準確度也會受到安裝位置與校正影響，通常要在製造或檢修階段規劃。

### 電阻測量法

利用繞組電阻隨溫度變化的特性，量測繞組直流電阻後，依銅或鋁導體的溫度係數推算繞組平均溫度，適用於停電狀態下的檢測，避免因為整體繞組的溫度狀態，讓變壓器過熱。不過電阻測量法無法顯示局部熱點，也不能在線即時監控。

## 變壓器溫度多少算過高？依據規格、絕緣等級而定

變壓器溫度不能只用一組數字判定，必須先分清楚量到的是表面溫度、頂層油溫、繞組平均溫度或熱點溫度，再核對產品規格、原廠手冊、環境溫度、負載率與冷卻方式。部分油浸式配電變壓器會採用85°C警報、95°C跳脫，但屬於特定產品的設定示例，仍要以各規格的數值為主。乾式變壓器的B、F、H級熱分類分別對應130°C、155°C及180°C，也不等於所有設備都會在該溫度才警報。

### 接線端子與連接部位過熱

### 三相負載不平衡或單相過載

三相負載與結構相近時，各相對應位置的溫度分布通常也要接近，如果某一相溫度明顯偏高，可能與單相負載集中、接點電阻或線路異常有關。判讀前要確認各相表面材質、拍攝角度與負載條件一致，再搭配鉤表或電力監測資料複核，避免把反射造成的假熱點誤判為變壓器過熱。
