# 紅外線熱像儀對PCB研發的重要性

電子設備的可靠性、壽命與溫度緊密相關。電路板，尤其是功率電路的發熱，會受到設計、零組件選型、散熱設計、生產工藝等因素影響，需要大量測試與優化，以保證推向市場的產品性能穩定。

電路板相關企業常遇到的主要共同問題：  
- 合理佈置零組件：大功率器件發熱嚴重，合理佈置這些器件能平衡熱負載。  
- 發現過熱零組件：器件選型標號不匹配，長期過熱工作，「短板效應」導致整個電路板提前失效。  
- 虛焊短焊：接觸不良會引起莫名其妙的故障，增加售後成本。  
- 散熱優化：定位熱負荷區域，評估現有散熱設計效果，制定優化改進措施。  
- 短路：設計大忌。

紅外線熱影像儀對PCBA（Printed Circuit Board Assembly，印刷電路板組裝）研發部門提供了多方面的助益，有助於更有效地進行研發和測試。以下是一些紅外線熱影像儀對PCBA研發部門的助益：

1.    故障診斷與分析：

電路板SMT試產時，經常遇到個別接腳短路的問題，但究竟是何處短路了呢？

通常硬體工程師找問題，是根據某些功能失效的地方或者測量信號來尋找短路點。但是一塊電路板少說幾百，多至上千顆電子元件，排查起來需要花費至少幾個小時的時間。

紅外線熱影像儀能夠實時顯示電路板上的溫度分佈，這對於發現潛在的故障非常有用。研發人員可以迅速檢測到焊點問題、元件過熱、短路等問題，有助於快速解決問題並進行進一步的分析。

2.    裝配過程的優化：

在研發新的PCBA裝配工藝或開發新產品時，紅外線熱影像儀可以用於評估元件的散熱效果，確保新設計在實際應用中能夠有效地管理熱量。

供電設計選型錯誤  
DC-DC上的電感，如果選的電流過小、直流電阻過大，就會發熱。  
LDO壓差過大、長期工作在最大電流下，也會發熱。  
供電開關上的P-MOS選的電流過小，也會明顯發熱。溫度太高了，MOS管就燒掉了。  
射頻功放如果匹配不合理也會導致發熱厲害，嚴重的時候會燒毀功放。  
連接器輸送的電流超標，也會發熱嚴重。很多手機充電器發熱，也是這個原因。

3.    元件選擇和布局：

熱影像儀可以用於評估不同元件的熱特性，幫助研發人員選擇合適的元件並優化它們的布局，以提高整個電路板的熱性能。

設計PCBA時，常發生的情況為Layout走線不合理，大電流的線路如果走線走的太窄了，就會發熱。  
音頻功率放大器和電源ic在layout時，如果散熱處理不好，容易積聚大量的熱量。

**4.    溫度效應測試：**

研發部門可以使用紅外線熱像儀來進行溫度效應測試，模擬產品在不同溫度條件下的性能，進一步確保產品的穩定性和可靠性。
